We just wrapped our 12 Days of AI Challenge inside Thrive AI Society, and I have to share what I learned from hosting this. 🔥

MY BIGGEST TAKEAWAYS:

I watched women with rarely NO AI experience:

✨ Build custom GPTs from scratch

✨ Create professional branded images with Gemini (Nano Banana)

✨ Generate SORA videos with characters and post them to their Stories

✨ Research their markets with Perplexity AI

✨ Write 3-email sequences in minutes

✨ Design 2026 vision boards using AI-generated images

✨ Map out 30-day AI implementation plans and more!

This challenge was designed to push them out of their comfort zones - using tools and strategies they'd never touched before to get them fully acclimated with AI.

And they showed UP.

THE RESULTS:

Real transformation. Real engagement. And our Skool ranking jumped because the platform noticed the activity and implementation happening inside.

WHAT I LEARNED AS A COMMUNITY LEADER:

1.Women don't need more tools - they need implementation challenges. Daily tasks with clear deliverables = real progress.

2.Community accountability works. When women post their work and cheer each other on, momentum builds.

3. Start where they are. Some members had never used AI before. Others were advanced. The challenge met everyone where they were and pushed them forward.
