I've been using Claude to build interactive tools for my coaching biz... sharing 4 examples + 5 things I've learned + what's working
I run a coaching business in the somatic / nervous system space. Months ago I started using Claude for the ACTUAL building side of my business... sales pages, interactive diagnostics, client trackers, workshop companions.
Not content creation. Not "AI hustle."
The actual tools my business needed but I'd been outsourcing or putting off for 6+ months.
Posting this because I keep getting asked how I'm making this stuff, and figured it'd be more useful to just show you.
📎 Four tools I've built (images attached):
Image 1: Revenue Leak Audit — 9-question interactive diagnostic. My Skool members get their archetype, primary leak, and a real dollar number for what their friction is costing them monthly.
Image 2: Rewire Rx™ — interactive protocol builder. Members answer 8 questions and get a personalized 7/14/30-day plan in 3 minutes.
Image 3: The Receiving Expansion — 3-phase workshop companion experience (Discover → Release → Anchor). Built as the interactive layer for one of my Premium sessions.
Image 4: R&R Premium sales page — full sales page for one of my membership tiers, built in an afternoon instead of the 3 weeks it would normally take.
5 things I've learned that might be useful if you're exploring this:
1. Skills are the unlock, not prompts. Everyone's sharing "best prompts" lists. Honestly, individual prompts are not where the leverage is. The unlock is teaching Claude your brand voice, methodology, and IP once.. in a skill file... and then never re-explaining yourself. Every conversation starts from "knows me already." Game changer.
2. Interactive > static. A PDF is a static thing your client downloads once and forgets. A diagnostic / tracker / dashboard is a product. Same content, completely different engagement. Your work starts feeling like a product instead of a worksheet.
3. The bottleneck moves. I used to be stuck in "I have ideas, I can't build them." Now I'm stuck in "I have time, I need better ideas." That's the bottleneck I actually want... creativity is where I should be spending energy, not execution.
4. Voice matters MORE, not less. Counterintuitive, but as AI gets more capable, the human voice underneath becomes more valuable, not less. Generic AI output is everywhere. My methodology, framing, discernment is what makes the assets mine. Claude amplifies that. It doesn't replace it.
5. Speed beats perfection. I used to spend 3 weeks on a sales page. Now I ship one in an afternoon and iterate from real audience response. The cost of "building the thing" dropped so much that "build five things, see what sticks" became smarter than "perfect the one."
Happy to answer questions in the comments... what are you currently sitting on that you'd want to build?
