OK, so I wrote this post, then found one similar by ... But 𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻'𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽!! AND I created a graphic for all of these tips to practice my notebook LM skills. Because those of us who have been to a few summits by now know that summits can be intense. Not bad intense, just I don't wanna miss anything, and the next one is starting in a few minutes, and I need to get lunch, and I need to run errands and… You get the idea. 😂 and have talked about prepping meals in advance so kitchen trips are short and minimal. That way you don't miss anything! But what about everything else? 𝗜 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗜'𝗱 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗽𝘀 I got when I asked AI what advice it had. 👇😊 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 "𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸" 𝗥𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝘀
- Stand up and stretch for 2 to 5 minutes. Walk around the house. Refill water. Look out a window at something far away to relax your eyes/
Even tiny movement breaks help prevent the "I've been in this chair for 8 hours" feeling.
𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲
- Morning coffee outside. Sunset walk. 10 minutes on the patio between sessions
This helps keep you connected to your real life instead of feeling trapped in Summit World for three straight days.
𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗘𝘆𝗲𝘀:
You will be staring at screens a lot. Try:
- Artificial tears if your eyes get dry. Blue light glasses if they help you. Looking at distant objects every 20 minutes. Slightly lowering screen brightness.
𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸: Instead of trying to absorb everything:
Create three sections: 1. Ideas to Implement Now. 2. Interesting but Not Urgent. 3. Follow Up Later
This keeps you from feeling overwhelmed by 500 ideas.

- Give yourself permission to: Skip sessions. Leave sessions early. Watch replays later
The goal is not consumption, it's transformation.

Even if it's only 10 minutes. Between sessions:
- Keep a tiny sketchbook nearby and paint a color swatch. Sketch something from your desk. Try crochet or another craft.
This helps keep you in creator mode instead of becoming a passive consumer.

- You do not need to participate in everything. Choose one or two places to engage and ignore the rest.
𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮 𝗗𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻
- At the end of each day spend 15 minutes answering: 1. What excited me today? 2. What am I definitely implementing? 3. What can I safely ignore?
This is where the real value happens.
𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 "𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗗𝗮𝘆"
- The day after the summit: No major meetings. No launches. No big decisions. Lighter workload
Your brain will need time to process everything.
