Character creation suggestions

I want to create characters for my brand...a cavewoman meets AI future robot...not sure if I want one of each...anyway I'm new to playing around with this side of AI creation. I got some images I liked on Ideogram, but now I'm to the paying point. I've heard Midjourney is good but no trial...so any suggestions for the best platform for this?! After she comes alive I want to be able to put her in different scenarios too, so a place I can do that. Thanks!
