What are your thoughts and have you noticed any 'annomalies' with the siftware you use. specificaly dev software like Cursor etc?

I’ve been developing software for more than 8 years here in China — designing systems, leading small teams, and delivering high-quality results that power real businesses. But here’s the truth: no matter how good you are, salaries here rarely reflect the value — especially compared to Europe and USA.
