Where Are You Creating From?
Today I sat down to create… and felt nothing.
Not because I lacked ideas, but because the energy behind them was off.
I was creating from pressure.
From “I should be posting more.”
From that subtle panic we try to ignore.
And every time I create from that place, my content feels flat. People don’t respond… and honestly, I wouldn’t either.
But when I pause take a breath and shift into a calmer space…
my voice changes.
my creativity opens.
my message feels like me again.
So now I ask myself one question before I create anything: Where am I creating from?
Because the energy behind the action is the real strategy.
