Welcome in! I'm really glad you made it, and I'm excited to dive into this journey together. I built this community because I know how lonely it can be to start something new on your own. When I first began this adventure I was lucky enough to have a mentor, but even then, it can be hard changing your identity when the people around you don't always understand. So that's what this room is all about. We're going to document our journey together as we go from owners to operators. We'll start off mainly using Claude Code, and we'll prove to ourselves that it never mattered how technical we were. Here's the important part: you don't need to study AI or become an expert in it. You just need to start using it. It's the most powerful lever you can pull in your business, and once you start you'll be amazed at how easy it was. About a year ago, I was two years into becoming a stay at home dad, feeling like I was missing out on so many opportunities in the world. But a good friend gave me a chance to step into this new identity, and I realized I had been waiting my whole life for permission to experience the world of business I had always dreamed of for myself. That's my whole goal for this community. Take this as your chance to give yourself permission to step outside the confines you may have put yourself in with ideas like "I'm not technical enough for AI," and instead give yourself permission to try something new. Something that could change your business, and change your life, like it has mine. So please, come and be welcome. Bring friends and family, anyone you want to share this journey with. I want us all to do it together, and we're going to have a great time in the process.
