How can I have one calendar in GHL for a plumber (so the plumber doesn’t have to juggle multiple ones), but still being able to book different service types with different slot durations.
2. With the voice agent, how can I add details for the booking on the ghl calendar such as address of homeowner, the plumbing issue and etc as those details arnt showing?
3. How can I have the inbound voice agent to actually work? I bought a twillio number and set everything up for that but how can I test it for example … when I dial my personal number from someone else’s phone it transfers the call straight away to agent’s number?
