My AI YouTube Shorts channel can run from a text message now. No joke, here's the actual workflow: I text a Telegram bot: "post a short about X" It goes and: 1. Researches the topic live (real facts, not hallucinated stats) 2. Writes a full 30-60 sec script optimized for spoken narration 3. Generates the actual video, voiceover included 4. Writes the title, description, hashtags 5. Sends the finished video back to me on Telegram I watch it. If it's good, I hit APPROVE and it publishes straight to YouTube. Done. No editing software opened. No uploading. No thumbnail app. If I don't like it? I just reply with what's wrong, "make the hook stronger," "too generic," whatever, and it rewrites and regenerates the whole video and sends me a new version. It keeps looping until I approve. I'm not exaggerating when I say this replaced the hard part of research + scriptwriting + editing + uploading with a single text message. Right now it's running on a private test channel while I stress-test it, but the pipeline is fully built and works end to end.
