New week.
Before the noise starts, I want to anchor something simple.
There’s an old execution idea called “The One Thing” — the idea that progress doesn’t come from doing more, but from choosing one outcome that actually moves the needle.
So here’s the prompt:
What is one outcome you want to have by the end of this week?
Not ten tasks.
Not a vague intention.
One clear thing where, if it gets done, the week was a win.
It could be:
- Shipping something small
- Talking to your first customer
- Closing a client
- Fixing one bottleneck you’ve been avoiding
- Getting clarity on one decision
Drop it below.
Make it specific enough that you can come back on Friday and say yes or no.
I’ll check back later in the week.
Let’s be intentional.
You never know, someone else might find the push they need in your comment.
