What I didn’t realize at the time…
Was that I wasn’t avoiding content.
I was avoiding the feeling of starting.
That moment where you sit down and think:“Alright… now what?”
That’s where everything broke for me.
Because if the start feels heavy…you’ll delay it.
If it feels unclear…you’ll avoid it.
And if you avoid it enough times…you start telling yourself you’re just “not consistent.”
But that wasn’t true.
I just didn’t have a clean way to begin.
Once I fixed that…everything else followed.
Not perfectly.Not instantly.
But enough to stop sitting there doing nothing.
That’s really the shift.
Not more effort…just removing that first layer of friction.
And yeah — that’s honestly why I even put together the $27 thing in here.
It’s just the simplest version of:“here’s how to start without getting stuck”
Nothing more than that.
