Question: Claude Skills

I made all the skills from your Claude Projects and Skills course as well as setting up my company project. My question is: What kind of instructions do I give the project? I don't think you went over that (or I missed it). I know in Chat I always add very clear instructions for my projects but this is first time I've really gotten into Claude. It also asked somewhere (settings I think) about how I want it to respond to me. Can you clear that up for me?

Sorry for all the posts today but it's like I'm playing "catch-up" and I really want to learn how to use Claude and skills better and get caught up on the past 3 calls. I get a lot from them. Thanks!😊
