Moment of Panic! I am sure we have all been there we know we made a copy of all the hard work we have doenup to this point and suddenly you can't fine the copy you made of it!!! I was just there a moment ago and yes I had a temporary OH, NOOOOO feeling that washed over me. Instead of spiraling I did what I tell my clients to do I took four breaths using my mantra of Stop, Pause, Breathe, and Receive which my mindfulness mentor taught and I now share with others. Guess what? after that momentary panic I calmly went back and looked. Yep I found the document!!! So today take a moment and practice the four breaths. Happy to share the technique with you.
