I’ve built a beta micro-app called Adaptive Kitchen.
It’s designed for people who:
- Shop once a month or on a tight budget
- Cook with limited energy
- Use appliances like slow cookers, pressure cookers, or air fryers
- Want healthy but realistic meals
The app generates:
- A 7-day dinner plan based on energy, budget, and kitchen setup
- A combined, grocery-section-sorted shopping list
- Printable PDFs for both
The goal isn’t gourmet cooking — it’s reducing cognitive load around meal prep.
I’d love feedback on:
- Does it genuinely reduce decision fatigue?
- Is the shopping list store-ready?
- Where does it feel clunky?
- Where does it feel surprisingly helpful?
This is beta — I’m testing usefulness, not polish.
Please try it out! Thanks.
