Realtor - Working together without kickbacks & fees
Jumping back into the mortgage business, my friend is a realtor. I'd like to setup a method to co-promote her listings along side my mortgage services and products. Currently she has a vacant lot within a non-HOA, non-leased land in an community area of primarily leased lots. I need to develop a system for her and other realtors, as well as, service providers since its difficult to find responsible help with property projects, if they return calls at all.
