Chapter 2
Chapter 2 made me pause and reflect on how often I've manipulated my team by using incentives like a fancy lunch as motivation to hit milestones when we've had to deal with multiple priorities 😃.
Sinek doesn’t say these tactics are bad, but he makes it clear they only drive short-term results.
So starting today I chose to inspire rather than manipulate!
