About Email Notifications ( Quick Note)

Just a quick heads-up😃
Skool sends email notifications by default when there are new posts, comments, or updates in the community. We understand everyone has different preferences, and Dr. Gloria is very mindful about not spamming your inbox.
✨ Good news: You’re fully in control.
You can customize how often (or if) you receive emails by adjusting your personal notification settings.
👉 Go to:
Profile → Settings → Notifications
From there, you can choose instant emails, daily/weekly digests, or turn emails off entirely, even per community.
Feel free to set it in a way that works best for you. We’re glad you’re here 🤍
