šŸ“¢ Quick Note About Email Notifications
Hi everyone šŸ¤šŸ˜Š Just a quick heads-up 😊 By default, Skool sends email notifications whenever there are new posts, comments, or updates in the community. We know everyone has different preferences, and we always want to be respectful of your inbox. Good news! you're in full control! You can easily customize how often (or if) you receive emails by adjusting your personal notification settings. šŸ‘‰ Here’s how: 1. Go to your Profile 2. Click on Settings 3. Select Notifications From there, you can choose: Instant email notifications• Daily or weekly summaries• Or turn emails off completely (even per community) šŸ“© Please note: From time to time, important information will be shared via email, so it’s a good idea to keep notifications enabled or check your email periodically. Set it up in a way that works best for you! We’re glad you’re here šŸ’›

šŸ“š We’re in the final pages of Atomic Habits by James Clear… and what a journey it has been.
This book has reminded us that change doesn’t come from one big decision but from the small choices we make consistently. Two powerful ideas from these final chapters: ✨ ā€œEvery action you take is a vote for the type of person you wish to become.ā€ ✨ ā€œThe secret to getting results that last is to never stop making improvements.ā€ It’s not about being perfect, it’s about staying consistent long enough for those small actions to shape who we become. And what’s been beautiful to see in this community is that we’re not just reading… we’re applying, reflecting, and growing together. As we close out this book, I’d love to hear from you: šŸ’ What is one habit you’ve built (or started) that you’re committed to continuing beyond this book? šŸ’ What is one small change you made that had a bigger impact than you expected? Let’s reflect together šŸ‘‡āœØ

šŸ“š We’re in the final pages of Atomic Habits by James Clear… and what a journey it has been.
Yesterday, I lost my dad
I’m still processing it. Still sitting with the weight of it. But yesterday, I also showed up. I showed up for our book club reflection (if you missed it, please watch on YouTube https://www.youtube.com/live/Ht0G-jmPStc?si=nLRxe9gqMGdEOlG1). I even made it to the gym; a new habit I’m trying to build. Not because I felt strong. But because I’m learning what it means to stay anchored… even in difficult moments. And honestly, I don’t think I could have done that without the lessons I am gaining from the books we’ve read this season. There is something powerful about surrounding yourself with the right people. People who are committed to growth. People who read. People who are intentional about building a better life. Books shape how we think. Community reinforces who we become. Right now, I’m leaning on both. If you can, I would really appreciate your prayers. šŸ¤ And if there’s anything I can encourage you to do today, it’s this: Read. Grow. Keep showing up. Because when life gets hard, and it will, the habits you build and the people you surround yourself with will carry you. Let’s continue to negotiate for the life we want. Together. Pray for me and my family ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø

šŸ“š Make It Easy… and Finish Strong
This week in the Aglow Reading Circle, Dr. Gloria Esoimeme was joined by @Jada Philips to reflect on Chapters 11–15 of Atomic Habits by James Clear. One idea that really stood out from this session: šŸ‘‰ Make it easy. We often think building good habits requires more discipline, more pressure, more effort…But what this section shows us is the opposite, lasting change happens when we reduce friction and make the right action the easiest choice. And it’s been amazing to see this in action within the community from the examples shared to the habits being applied in real life. It’s clear we’re not just reading… we’re becoming. ✨ As we head into our final week of Atomic Habits, this is the perfect moment to lean in even more, to simplify, stay consistent, and finish strong together
