Don't be content...
One super important lesson I learned today is the dangers of being content.
Its easy to get used to doing the same workout routine with the same reps, sets and weight.
and you can't expect growth when you're comfortable with being at a certain level.
and it relays to life as well. Some people are okay with having the same position because they know they don't have to endure the struggle of finding a job again, applying, hoping to get the job, getting an interview ECT.
But that that extra effort goes a long way.
So next time you do a set and it was easy. Don't wimp out and stop. immediately pick it up again and run it until it becomes hard.
If you feel like you can do more.
Do more.
Don't be content. Strive for better.
