Use Case: My Contractors Send Me Progress Photos and They File Themselves
Here's the situation:
When you're renovating units, your contractors are sending you photos constantly.
Progress updates, finished work, punch list items.
The problem is those photos sit in your camera roll or chat history and never end up anywhere useful.
Here's what my OpenClaw does every time I forward a renovation photo:
• Analyzes what's in the photo — what's finished, what still needs work, what's on the punch list
• Asks me which property and lot it belongs to
• Renames the file with the right naming convention automatically
• Files it into the correct Google Drive folder — specific to that property, that lot
• Adds it to the running renovation history for that unit
• Confirms what's now in the folder so I know everything is accounted for
I don't have to do any of that. My contractor sends me photos, I forward them to Rolando, and within seconds they're named, organized, and filed in the right place.
Every unit has a complete renovation history in Google Drive. My whole team can find anything in seconds.
No folders. No renaming files. No "where did I put that?"
Bonus Picture of my bot answering a renovation question for me inside a chat with my contractor.
