AI agents and agentic AI for small business back office tasks.

Learn to use AI agents in plain words, one small task at a time, with people over 50 in mind and all ages welcome.

An AI agent can help sort information and write drafts. Agentic AI means it can work through steps toward a goal. You stay in charge.

This community focuses on hands-on AI basics for small business owners and people who handle daily office work.

Our first lessons cover:

- Setting up one safe agent for one small task

- Sorting email and drafting replies

- Writing lead follow-up drafts for you to review

Our rules are simple: start with drafts, give each agent only the access it needs, and get human approval before it sends, posts, or pays.

Join if you want to learn a careful, step-by-step way to use AI for everyday work. Bring one task you would like help with.
