From meeting notes to owned work — a practical pattern for Agent Empire

I gave my personal AI four fictional meeting notes: the landing-page copy was approved, Maya owned the update, Leo owned the analytics naming proposal, and one naming decision remained unresolved.

Instead of polishing the notes into another summary, it returned an action register: the decision, each owner, each deadline, and the open question. That change in structure matters because another person can inspect the state and continue the work without guessing.

For Builders deploying and selling managed AI agents, the practical lesson is to ask AI for an accountable work record, not simply a recap. Keep unresolved items visible and verify completion in the system where the work happens.
