Building the agent is honestly the fun part.
Keeping track of everything after deployment gets messy fast.
The workflow I've been using:
github.com - code + version history
n8n.io - workflows and integrations
docs.google.com - client SOPs and documentation
floment.ai - tracking each agent as a project with fixes, tests, and next actions
That last part became way more important once I had multiple things running. "Deployed" doesn't mean finished when clients start finding edge cases 😅
