A Field Report does not need to be a success story.
We want the wins, but we also want the dead ends, unexpected problems, things that were harder than advertised, strategies you abandoned, and ideas that worked differently than you expected.
Real-world experience makes the entire Lab smarter.

What counts as a Field Report?
You don't need to complete an entire strategy before reporting back.
Maybe you:
- Called 20 property owners from a dataset we explored.
- Tried a new acquisition method.
- Ran an actual transaction through a financing strategy.
- Evaluated a property as a BRRRR and passed.
- Tested an AI workflow in your business.
- Contacted a company we discussed and learned how its model actually works.
- Pursued a creative-finance opportunity and hit an unexpected roadblock.
- Obtained a license, certification or capability we explored.
- Made money from something you first discovered inside the Lab.
- Spent three hours investigating something and concluded it wasn't worth doing.
All of those are useful Field Reports.
🚨IMPORTANT: DON'T TURN THE RESULT INTO A PITCH
If your experiment involved a company, product or service you're affiliated with, disclose the relationship.
Field Reports are for sharing what you learned, not converting the community into customers, recruits or referrals.
Tell us what happened. Give us the numbers when you're comfortable. Tell us what you'd do differently.
The more honestly we report what happens in the field, the better the Lab becomes.
