You passed the exam. Nobody handed you a business.
That is not a talent problem. It is a structural one. Brokerages earn revenue the day you sign, not the day you close. You are a 1099 contractor, they are obligated to "supervise" you, but nobody is legally obligated to develop you once you are inside. The license is real and it is necessary. It is also not a business. Licensing school ends the day the business starts.
This is where that gap gets closed in public.
