👋 Welcome to Agency Lab.
New here? Start with this. Two minutes, then you know exactly what to do first. TL:DR: Local SEO is a service every local business needs, will keep needing, and most agencies sell badly. You're going to fix all three: how you sell it, how you deliver it, and how you build a real business around it so you stop being the bottleneck. Here's exactly what to do right now. In order. 👇 1️⃣ Post your 90-day goal in the feed. First client? First 5k month? Past 10k? Say it out loud, today. People who post a goal here hit it far more often than people who lurk. Plain fact. 2️⃣ Open "30 Days To Your First Local Client" and start Week 1. It's day by day. Do the days in order. Week 1 is one decision that makes everything after it easier. 3️⃣ Drop one question in the feed. Anything you're stuck on. The room answers fast, and the assistant in here answers the common stuff at 2am when nobody else is awake. Do those three and you're ahead of most people who ever join anything. One rule, and it's the one that makes this place worth being in: post your wins. 🏆 Signed a client, jumped a ranking, got a reply on a cold email. Post it. Every win you put up makes the next person believe it's possible. One day that person posting is you.

The part nobody teaches
This category is for everything that isn't agency work but decides whether the agency works. The gym. Sleep. Money habits. The slow month that's messing with your head. The bad review that ruined your Tuesday. Sticking with it when the novelty's worn off and nobody's watching. Most business communities skip all of this. They teach you the selling and then act surprised when people burn out, blow their first good month on rubbish, or quit the minute it gets boring. The skill was never the problem. The operator carrying it was. So we deal with that stuff here, out loud. Post your gym check-ins. Post that you put your tax money aside this month (genuinely one of the most adult things you'll ever post). Post that you had a rough week and you're still here. All of it counts. And look, I've said this before but it belongs at the top of this category. Small decisions made consistently COMPOUND. You don't need a perfect routine. You need a streak. Walk through the doors of the gym and you've won that day. Do 10 minutes on the business and you've won that day. Stack enough won days and the results stop being optional. So let's start a streak right now. What's ONE small thing you're committing to daily this week? One. Make it so easy you can't lose. Post it below, then come back and tell us when you've done it. Be honest with yourself on this one. Which bucket are your marbles going in?

Stuck? Good. Post it here.
This is the most valuable category in here if you actually use it. Stuck on something? Post it. That's it, that's the category. A client said something on a call and you didn't have the answer. A cold email that's getting zero replies and you can't see why. A profile that won't move no matter what you do. Pricing you've rewritten nine times. Whatever it is, bring it here BEFORE you spend three days going in circles on your own. Because here's what I know about being stuck. It's almost never the problem that kills people. It's the time they spend alone with it. You sit there spinning, the doubt creeps in, "maybe this doesn't work, maybe I'm not cut out for this, wah wah wah"... and a week later you've done nothing and you feel worse. Meanwhile someone in this room has hit your EXACT problem before and can unstick you in one comment. So don't be precious about it. Nobody in here thinks less of you for asking. The opposite actually. The people who ask the most questions are usually the ones who end up winning, because they refuse to stay stuck. One tip for getting good answers fast: give us the real thing, not the vague version. Paste the actual email. Tell us the actual objection word for word. "My outreach isn't working" gets you guesses. The actual email gets you a fix. What's the one thing you're stuck on right now? Drop it below.

The one rule of this room
This category has ONE rule and it's the most important rule in the whole community. If you win, you post it. Signed a client? Post it. Got your first reply on a cold email after 40 sends? Post it. Moved a plumber from page 3 into the map pack? POST IT. And no, your win is not too small. I need you to kill that thought right now. Here's the thing people get wrong about posting wins. They think it's bragging. It's not bragging, it's evidence. Every win on this wall is proof to the next person that this stuff actually works for normal people, not just for whoever's selling the course. Somebody is going to join this community on their worst day. Talked themselves out of it five times before clicking join. The first thing they're going to do is scroll this category. What they find here decides whether they give themselves a real shot or quit in week two. So your tiny win might be the thing that keeps a stranger in the game. That's a pretty cool thing to be responsible for. And selfishly... write your wins down somewhere you can see them. On the bad days (there will be bad days) you come back here and read your own receipts. You DID the thing. That's a fact. Nobody can take a fact off you.
