Hiring devs? Don’t wing it.
Just dropped a full breakdown on YouTube — worth a watch if you’re building a tech team.
Here’s the 3-step process we use (after working with 40–50 engineers):
- Job boards + LinkedIn outreach→ Executive Assistant filters CVs in ClickUp based on tech stack, keywords, etc.
- Initial call (15 min)→ English check, current role, tech experience, salary, notice period. Be brutally honest about the role.
- Tech task + dev call→ 1 week to complete, then a deep dive with our senior dev + final 20-min vibe check with me.
No 5-step circus. Just a fast, proven system.
