We ran a task agent on 10 real calls with every write switched off. It made 35 decisions and cost about 25 cents. The run found two problems before anything was written: a teammate missing from the team list, so 4 tasks had no owner, and a bug one step upstream of where we were looking.
That is the kind of thing this group is for. Your turn: post something that worked in the demo and then stalled. One paragraph, one number if you have it.
