Mine was: Launch. Then build. It's exactly 6 months since I started my first Skool community. Prior to launch, I spent months obsessing over the offer, course, look and resources... Everything had to be JUST right. On Halloween 2024, I release my masterpiece into the world, promoting it to my email list. Some people join. But nothing significant. Our members struggled to understand what I was giving them and how it would benefit them. And it's not suprising. We helped 'everyone' do 'everything'. It felt like months of work, for nothing. I couldn't even make a single soul ascend to my paid community. After reflecting for a while, I came to the conclusion that we should start over. But this time, we would niche down from helping everyone to exclusively helping Skoolers grow with affiliates. And this time, we would build the plane as we're flying to make sure we're building something people actually want and understand. Fast forward to today, and we have a hyper specific offer, helping a small niche, and building out Affiliate Mastery WITH our members. This is the way to go, and it took me WAY too long to learn. 👉 Now, what was YOUR biggest AHA-moment on Skool?
