Quote Form Builder
Previous form was temporary, it's available on github it's a wordpress version. However that was just a classic modal lead capture form that submits to mc, zapier, l27, ghl. The new form builder is a problems based quote system that builds out an actual quote to send to the lead and staff. Pretty generic explanation, but it has a very complicated back end for setting everything up. I'm not giving away any of the conceptual stuff here. After the basic lead capture, it starts off as a simple multiple problem selection that opens up more choices based on their problem, which then changes their checklist based on checklist item problem groupings. When It's finished I'll show a video or something. This will then be incorporated into a money model workflow sales system and a unified customer support system as described in the previous post.

The Service Business Platform is built on a unified core that powers every part of a company’s operations. Businesses can run one service type—or multiple sectors like HVAC, plumbing, cleaning, carpet care, or commercial services—inside a single account. Each sector inherits core defaults and can customize its own workflows, pricing, service lines, and settings. The Detective BI engine analyzes customer touchpoints, history, operational data, SOPs, policies, and notes to summarize cases, flag risks, and recommend solutions or offers. Every customer has a complete journey timeline that unifies emails, texts, phone logs, job photos, field notes, issues, quotes, payments, and operational events. The problem-based quoting system builds accurate quotes by pricing item service levels based on the customer’s unique problems, symptoms, home type, or sector-specific conditions. Reports and dashboards can be generated using templates, the Builder interface, or AI—pulling from the same structured data and analytics layers.

MC Reports Script
Discussion about the MC report script that will include things like alerts, BI data, etc. For example, reading through employee and customer data looking for and reporting anomalies, such as suspicious employee behavior, times and churn metrics, customer churn metrics, pricing versus time metrics, and so on just as examples. Give your ideas for things you'd like to see or know. Think bigger, like machine learning, BI, AI type stuff, I've already done a few of these, like running employee GPS data against their clock times.
