Day 0 Check in
Showing that I practice what I preach. I weighed in today at 181 lbs. I have made it my mission, to make this the year I TRULY GET IN DOG SHAPE! I have been very passionate about fitness for most of my life, and I would say I have done a serious of transformations. From a skinny fat kid to the athlete teen, joining the Marines brought me into a culture that (for the most part) was pretty damn fit. And I nearly weighed 240 lbs when I EAS'd. I learned a lot over that time, and I have achieved some very impressive goals. In fitness and in my military career. Since leaving the military I wanted to focus myself on three goals. Establish my business, run an ultra-marathon, and get to my absolute peak physical condition. These are fluid for me. However, it is a very exciting time! Also my cats were fighting me tooth and nail to take these pictures. I'll ensure to hold myself accountable with weekly updates.
