Today was smooth and incredibly productive. Total opposite of yesterday lol
The polarity of the ADHD mind never ceases to fascinate me AND living from the awareness that this is who I am, and this is how my brain works gives me so much power.
I get to give myself permission to have off days and come back stronger. I feel like a Phoenix with the lifespan of a Mayfly.
