A live space for actors who want to stay connected to the craft through regular practice and honest discussion. Held with care and professional intent by actor–director Florence Bell, whose work includes Miss Austen and The End of the F*cking World.
The action happens in The Live Room: a weekly, subscription-based space. Actors dig into current pieces (whether self tapes or prep for a show) receiving spontaneous feedback grounded in real rehearsal, audition, and on-set experience. There is no fixed curriculum and no performative coaching — the focus is on instinct, presence, and responding in real time.
Alongside this, Flo hosts a monthly Industry Chat. These are open and conversational, offering perspectives on the realities of the profession for actors at different stages of momentum.
Both exist to support actors doing the work — not to teach shortcuts or sell outcomes.
