Motivation
What are your dreams? Is it freedom from a job? Make some additional money? Pay off debt? Use this side job to invest for retirement? You have to put in the work. Nobody is going to do it for you, and there is no magic button. So if you have to get up early or stay up late to work on your dreams, then do it.
