Boot laces
I was reminded today of this little video I did and I thought it may be useful for those who wear boots and trainers with laces and get fed up with them undoing all the time or loosening off as you walk!
I got so fed up I did a bit of a Google and found this! Game changer!
Now you may already do this when tieing your shoes! Some people also recommended using a surgeons knot to start; but I find this works ok!
I do it on all my laces now and OH uses it on his golf shoes which prior he was stopping all the time to re-tie!
