So, I started a video workout ap because I prefer a guided tour. That way I don't have to think about what I'm going to do, I just turning on, do it and done. Normally I workout on Friday, Saturday, take Sunday off and workout Monday & Tuesday, with Wednesday and Thursday off. I went too hard last Friday which was lower body&ABS. Couldn't do my actual workout Saturday, but did the Motorcycle show which was a good activity. Yesterday(Sunday) I did my upper body and ABS that I was suppose to do Saturday. As of today, I'm officially back on track🥳 I did my lower body and Abs, but did not do my Mobility toolkit exercises yet. Ill do them in between other activities. I didn't take any pics for proof, but this is basically for me anyways. I know I'm not lying to myself, or flaking out on my exercise. This is to help me keep track and hopefully do something I've never been able to accomplish before, and that is to maintain these activities. If I need to stop for some necessary reason, to start again. Ill be able to tell when I've had too much coffee too...long texts🤭
