Gonna do a late workout today. Im finding out that I sleep better if I do heat and cold therapy. So before dinner, but hot shower or tub after, then cold plunge in my portable pod on the porch. Takes a little while to warm up, but that's what helps with sleep I think. BTW...with temps in the high 30's at night, my pod is considerably colder than summer night temps🥶 Not staying in as long, but the effect is still great.
