4 Muscle Growth Rules. Everything Else Is Weak Excuses. 1. FORCE PROGRESS OR REAP NOTHING. 🏋🏼♂️🏋🏼♂️ Add weight to the bar or force out extra clean reps every single week. If your logbook is stagnant, your physique is stagnant. You can't negotiate with progressive overload—either your numbers go up, or you stay the same size. Stop going through the motions. 2. HIT YOUR PROTEIN OR STOP COMPLAINING. 🐠 🐔 🥩 🥚 🍳 Eat 1g of protein per pound of target bodyweight daily, zero exceptions. Aiming for 180 lbs? Hit 180g every single day. Stop claiming you're a "hardgainer" when you eat like a bird—you can't build a monument without raw materials. Own your intake. 3. EAT TO GROW OR ACCEPT BEING SMALL. ⛽️ ⛽️ ⛽️ ⛽️ Multiply your goal bodyweight by 15 to 16 to set your daily calories. Want to weigh 180 lbs? Earn it at 2,700 to 2,880 calories. You cannot starve your way to growth, and starving yourself while expecting mass isn't discipline—it's foolishness. Fuel the machine. 4. REST LIKE IT’S YOUR JOB. 🛌 💤 Get 7 to 9 hours of dead sleep every night and take actual rest days. Turn off your phone, get out of your own way, and stop training seven days a week like a hero. You don't build muscle in the gym; you build it when you recover. Honor your rest or waste your effort.
