I wanted freedom—
but not at the cost of burnout.
I love the word freedom.
Freedom to be who you are.
Freedom to do what matters.
Freedom to have choices, stability, and peace of mind.
For too long, freedom was sold as hustle in disguise.
Work harder now so you can rest later.
Push through exhaustion and call it success.
That version of freedom never sat right with me.
What I wanted was a kind of freedom that respected my energy,
honored my limits,
and allowed me to build without burning myself out.
Freedom isn’t supposed to drain you.
It’s supposed to give you life.
