This is the step by step guide i used to create a habit tracker that ACTUALLY, makes me more money. with no added bullshit
had this written before so though fuck it let me share this with you fellas;)
I have been tracking my habits for 2+ years and this exact habit tracking method made me:

STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR HABITS ✍️
Start by identifying the habits that will actually move you closer to your business goal.
• Write down at least 5 non negotiable habits that will actually move the needle not only make you feel productive
• Circle your top 1 - 3 that will give you 80% of the results you want.
Keep it simple - choose the amount of habits that feel too easy to start with. You can always make them harder later on. Keep your ego in check and start slow.
🚨 Bonus habit to add:
“Plan your day the night before.”
This one reduces decision fatigue and resistance - it was honestly suchhhhhh a game changer for me
STEP 2: WRITE OUT YOUR HABIT TRACKER 🗓️
i like to keep it old school: pen + paper.
• At the top of the page, write your 3 - 4 most important habits
• On the left side, number the days of the month (1–30)
This gives you a simple grid to check off each habit daily.

Put it on your wall, desk, or anywhere you’ll see it every day. Don’t let it be hiden in your closet or somewhere!
STEP 3: PRO TIPS FROM 2+ YEARS OF HABIT TRACKING ⚡
Writing your tracker is just the beginning. Real results come from actually using it the RIGHT way.
1. ELITE ACCOUNTABILITY 📸
Early on, it’s super easy to skip days - the habits aren’t part of your routine yet.
Here’s the best thing I’ve found:
Post daily photos of your tracker to people who are on the same mission.
I spent months trying to find a group that actually cared. In the end, I just started posting to my own community, and it worked wonders. (or you can post it as your ig stories)
2. START SMALL, THEN ADD MORE ⏳
Don’t overwhelm yourself on day one.
Start with 3- 4 habits that you chose before.
Aim for 80–90% daily completion
Once you hit those 80-90%, then and ONLY THEN add more.
Take care of your ego that will say you can do so much more - doing too much, too soon will mess you up.
3. ATTACH NEW HABITS TO OLD ONES 🔗
Link your new habits to things you already do every day. It makes them wayyyy easier to remember.
Examples:
• Read right before breakfast
• Work on your project after brushing your teeth
Stick the new habits to the ones you already have 💯
4. EXPECT IT TO BE HARD ⚠️
At first, it will be tough. That’s normal.
Push through the first few weeks or even months of resistance and eventually, your habits will get more and more engrained into your routine.
