Need some advice here from entrepreneurs...
I wanted your opinion on something.
In 2025, I ran an AI agency for about 8–9 months, but eventually realized I needed to switch models.
A few reasons: I faced health issues that made long sitting difficult, my outreach was inconsistent, I kept changing my offer and target audience every couple of weeks, and my environment isn’t ideal (I live in a type of household where taking sales calls or shooting content is awkward, and I don’t have a private workspace).
That made me question the service-based model itself, since it depends heavily on consistent delivery, outreach, and calls.
So I started looking into models where I can build a product once and let customers come to me — basically inbound over outbound.
Now in 2026, my plan is to focus on building digital products and selling them on Etsy, aiming to reach $1k–$3k/month profit.
The goal is to use that capital to fix my environment (like renting a room), so I can properly focus on what I actually want to do long-term — growth operating, building a personal brand, and eventually scaling to $10k–$100k+.
What do you think about this approach based on your experience?
