The biggest mistake I made in my AI journey (so you don’t have to!)

I wasted weeks jumping from one AI platform to another. API. Retell. Ultrabox. Bland. Synthflow.

I wasn’t just testing, I was obsessing over which platform is the best. I spoke to agency owners already making money.

I scrolled through endless discussions, hoping to find "the one."

And then, it hit me.

I was asking the wrong question.

It’s not about which platform is "the best." It’s about which one you know the best.

Here’s the reality:

80% of features across these tools are the same.

The real trap is wasting time on the unique 20% instead of mastering the basics.

I’ve seen agency owners making six figures just using simple automations.

So I made a decision.

Instead of chasing the next shiny tool, I’m going all in on Retell + Make. Until I build 10 automations and make real money, I won’t even glance at what’s new.

Lesson learned? Mastery > Endless Exploration.
