AI Automation for Caterers! Brainstorm/help/co-build

Hi everyone,

I recently delivered 2 projects for catering companies in Paris, automating the entire process from client inquiry to quote creation—completely automatically.

That means:

1- An AI agent that handles qualification of the request (via email), to gather all necessary information to process the request and generate a quote—using smart rules (maximum number of emails, must-have vs. nice-to-have info, etc.).

2- An AI "brain" (LLM) that connects to the database (product and service catalog) via tool_call to create a custom quote for each request.

All of this is integrated via API with their CRM/ERP (Sellsy, Pennylane) for tracking and follow-up at every stage (the team also has real-time access to all collected info during qualification and the automation status: 1st email, 2nd email, waiting, quote being generated, etc., in their CRM). The quote itself is created directly within the CRM.

In short: 100% automation of inbound leads—from incoming request, to qualification, to quote creation.The Sales team only needs to review/tweak and send the quote.
