When we tell other people about our goals, it’s tricking our subconscious into believing we’re starting…in a bad way. The truth is you don’t start until you begin taking action. So when you’re constantly talking about starting and never do, you’re training your brain to believe you’re full of shit. And rightfully so because you are. THIS DESTROYS CONFIDENCE. Running multiple businesses, being active in the community, prioritizing clients and most importantly family…IS NOT EASY. It is honestly extremely exhausting. Sometimes I miss my 9-5 job. Because it was just so simple. But then I remember the feeling I had like I was dead inside. Like I was meant for so much more and just watching days, months, years pass me by while I felt unfulfilled. Just know that it’s OKAY to feel like you want to quit…AS LONG AS YOU DON’T! It’s GOOD!
