Hey, I’m Beata and I am SO glad you’re here. This community was built with faith, love, and a deep belief that God designed us to live abundantly in our health, our energy, our mindset, and our lives. That’s what this space is all about. A little about me, I’m a certified health coach, a wellness entrepreneur, a matcha lover, a mom, a wife, and a woman who genuinely believes that when we feel good in our body and our mind, everything in life gets better. I’ve been on this wellness journey for years, and what I’ve learned is that we were never meant to do it alone. That’s exactly why this space exists. Okay, real talk - how many of you scroll your phone before bed?
Be honest. I used to do it every single night and genuinely thought it was helping me wind down. Spoiler: it was doing the opposite. I started experimenting with what I call a digital sunset, just turning off screens 30 to 60 minutes before bed. And the difference in how I felt the next morning was honestly kind of shocking. I'm curious about you though. What does your evening routine actually look like right now, and is there anything you've tried that's helped you sleep better? Also, if you DO try a digital sunset tonight, I want to hear about it tomorrow morning! Who's in?

Can I share something that completely changed how I think about food and cravings?
I learned about this concept called primary food, and it's the idea that what truly nourishes us goes way beyond what's on our plate. Things like our relationships, our sense of purpose, our spiritual connection (and more) these are our PRIMARY food. When those are full? Eating becomes simple. When those are empty? We often reach for food to fill a gap it can't actually fill. I think about this all the time. So my question for you today is: which area of your life is feeling the MOST nourishing right now — and which one feels like it needs more love? No right or wrong answer here. Just genuinely curious about where you're at.
