About Face Fitness (AFF) is a free, educational integrative health community built for veterans, first responders, and their families.
This space exists to improve health understanding and support mental resilience by strengthening physical foundations. There is no cost to join, no requirement to participate, and no expectation to share personal information.
AFF focuses on education, not coaching. You’ll find structured lessons that explain how the body responds to stress, recovery, load, and environment, presented in a calm, pressure-free way. Content lives in the Classroom and can be accessed at your own pace. Nothing expires. Nothing resets.
This community is not a medical service, therapy group, or crisis resource. We do not provide personalized plans, diagnosis, treatment, or one-on-one support. These boundaries exist to protect members and maintain psychological safety.
Engagement is optional. Quiet participation is welcome. Different paces are expected.
