Well I did it! I set up my first course in my classroom. I think it was a good starter. hope everyone enjoys it

so i have a question for starting my first course in the classroom. does it absolutely have to be a video or can it be written instructions. i'm sure a video would be better of course but not sure if i'm ready hahaha

I want to build a community that teaches those who don't know anything about cooking! when i was a kid we weren't allowed in the kitchen. we were in the way. with life as busy as it is nowadays !there's so many out there that don't even know where to start. i want to be that mom that teaches them. what's your favorite meal from your childhood? i'd love to hear it
