🌿 Healing isn’t about “arriving” at a perfect end point.
I still face some of the same struggles—anxiety still creeps in at times, and dark days still happen. The difference now is that I have tools I can lean on, which help me shift from overwhelmed to empowered. Over time, my mindset has strengthened. It takes practice, but we really do have the power to guide our thoughts instead of letting them control us. Because of this, I can make clearer choices now rather than spiraling like I used to. Here are some of the biggest tools that have helped me along my journey: 1️⃣ Feeling my emotions instead of pushing them down. 2️⃣ Essential oils—daily support that made a huge difference in my emotional health. 3️⃣ Sleep + hydration (oils helped here too—calming blends for rest, citrus oils in my water). 4️⃣ Mindset training—reading, listening, and learning from others’ growth + healing journeys. 5️⃣ Breathing techniques to reset my body and calm my mind. 6️⃣ Meditations, frequency sounds, and guided exercises (Insight Timer is my go-to). 7️⃣ A support group like this one—safe spaces truly matter in healing. And of course, the little daily things: diffusing, supplements, sunshine ☀️—simple but powerful shifts. ✨ It’s amazing how even one small step in a healthy direction can shift the trajectory of your healing journey.
