My wish is for this space to be a simple resource & a safe place to be. A place to give yourself permission to feel. To ask hard questions gently. To have simple tools to use all along the way to discovering more about yourself. All alongside like-minded people in the process with you together.
We are finding a daily moment of calm no matter stress/chaos we may find ourselves in.
I'm a registered nurse, a holistic health practitioner & a guide for mindfulness practices. I once lived in a body with a very dysregulated nervous system following brain injuries, childhood trauma & intimate partner violence. These practices not only have been a part of my career in a clinical setting, but I have lived them personally.
