Recording Here & Something Special
Something special happened in our Coaching Practicum today. And I want to take a moment before anything else to honour the people who made it what it was. Thank you to Rituu — who stepped into the coaching seat with courage, presence and genuine heart. What you demonstrated today was not just a coaching session. It was a masterclass in what it means to truly show up for another human being. Thank you to Marci — who trusted the process, trusted the room, and gave herself fully as the coachee. That kind of openness is a gift to every coach in the room. We all learned from your willingness to be real. Thank you to Doreen, Ria, Arnie and Marina — for the quality of your feedback, your observations and the way you held the space for each other. And a special thank you to Marina for connecting what we witnessed so beautifully to the ICF core competencies — that bridge between the lived experience of coaching and the professional framework we are building toward is so valuable for every coach in this programme. And thank you to every coach who was in that room today — who listened, who noticed, who stayed present. You were not just observers. You were part of the coaching. The quality of a room shapes everything that happens inside it. This is what the Coaching Practicum is. Not a class. Not a lecture. A live, breathing, real coaching experience — where coaches grow by doing, by watching, and by receiving the kind of feedback that actually changes how you coach. The recording is ready now. Watch it. Notice what lands differently the second time. Share one insight in the community. 👉 [REPLAY LINK] I am so proud of this community. 🙏

It was a challenge for Rituu and Marci, and a great opportunity to learn. Thank you, everyone 🌻
Induction and timing in Leadership Coaching
I'd like to recall this note from the vision quest session: right after the Opening, we should let the client know that it would be highly beneficial to be fully present in the session so they will take the most out of it, and for that we'll do short relaxation and grounding exercise, and ask for their permission, then. Secondly, when exploring the discontent in the four areas of leadership, we should keep it short, 3 to 5 minutes at most: we're not exploring problems or coaching the client on any of these problems in this session. Plus, we want to focus on where the client wants to be, and later on, explore their capabilities to get there. Thank you, Emmanuel for your feedback in the peer coaching, I highly appreciate it. Thank you all wonderful Coaches and our M.C. Braja.

Life Coach Foundations takeaway
Life Coach Foundations Wins The Life Mastery system provides us with a Swiss Army toolkit for meeting the client in various areas (Dimensions) They choose to work in areas such as Health and Wellness, Love and Relationships, Time and money management, Vocation and Career fulfillment. Through deep, transformative questions, we go on a journey of authentic, individualized goal acquisition by establishing Vision, working through resistance, as well as exterior strategic actions needed to reach dreams and goals. All in all, through deep, meaningful conversation, the client taps into their unconscious answers for self- discovery. Today's Life Coach Foundations was a must-watch for what real transformative coaching is about. It must be watched and studied for excellent growth in coaching! Alvin W

Wonderful summary, Alvin. You're right, it's a must-watch. Thank you.
LIFE COACH FOUNDATIONS TAKEAWAY
Today’s session reinforced that coaching is about connection. I realised that clients are created through deep, meaningful conversations where people feel truly seen, heard, and supported. It’s not just about helping others achieve goals, but about creating real impact and transformation in their lives. At the same time, coaching can provide financial reward and ultimately lead to freedom and liberation, both for the client and the coach. The biggest insight, though, is that this work starts with me—I am my first client. Before I can guide others, I need to embody the process, do the inner work, and lead from lived experience and fulfil my “Big Dream.” Thank you Braj, it was truly insightful.

Totally agree, Ria, I loved your words. The best part is who we become as we grow, and who they become with our help 💖
Day 2 Intensive Leadership Coaching
Understanding what level of existence the client is talking from and what types of questions we need to ask to keep the coaching aligned and above the line is crucial. I loved the question practice we did with Braja. I'm looking forward to having more of this in next classes. Thank You, all!!!

Hi Kai, I just saw your mssg. I'll try to put it with my words, you may see the pics on p. 26-28 of the playbook. It refers to identity, believes & stories, values, capabilities, behaviors and environment: the level(s) where the person is describing or living the problem from. As the coach, we need to see it so that we can ask questions on that level that will bring awareness or reveal if there's something else hidden and that, hopefully, will cause the client to have an insight that removes a roadblock. I still find this confusing, that's why I liked so much the exercise Braja did in class.
